NYC Architect Paid Consulting - Remote
About the Role:
Independent founder building an early-stage NYC real estate / built environment tool focused on existing-conditions data is seeking paid consultants for product research.
Requirements:
- Practicing NYC architects with 5+ years experience
- Regular work on alterations, renovations, or adaptive reuse
- Active drawing retrieval needs (DOB filings, Municipal Archives)
Responsibilities:
- Walk through your existing-conditions workflow
- Explain where drawing retrieval breaks down and what you'd want from a better tool
- Provide light feedback on AI-derived outputs (sheet classification, geometry extraction)
Compensation:
- $200/hr, 1099
- 5–10 hours over 3–4 weeks
- Remote
