Are you 18 or older and passionate about content creation? We’re looking for female UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to join our growing social media marketing team. If you love making engaging short-form videos and know how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Clip engaging moments from podcasts, YouTube videos, or raw footage
- Add captions, sound effects, transitions, and text overlays to maximize watch time
- Stay on top of social media trends to keep content fresh and relatable
We’re Looking For:
- Females 18+ excited about UGC content creation
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Understanding of social media hooks and algorithms
- Ability to work quickly and independently
- A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and music
Bonus Points If:
- You’ve grown social accounts before
- You’re comfortable pitching creative content ideas
- You’ve worked in fast-paced editing or creator environments
Compensation:
- $20-60 an hour
- Paid per project or on a retainer basis — flexible depending on experience.
