About the Role
Mission: To be the architect of the relationship journeys between Tera and its students, leads, and clients.
The CRM Analyst will be responsible for orchestrating automations, segmentations, and intelligent flows in HubSpot, sending tools (spreadchat and sendflow) ensuring that each lead receives the right message, at the right time, in the right channel — connecting data, product, and revenue results.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Operation
- Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns in HubSpot (email, WhatsApp, workflows, and automations), as well as in sending tools (spreadchat and sendflow).
- Build dynamic segmentations based on behavior, scoring, and profile (MQLs, SQLs, Subscribers, Clients).
- Create and maintain personalized nurturing journeys for Membership, Academy, and MBA.
- Automate lead lifecycle flows (capture → nurture → conversion → retention).
- Manage and maintain database hygiene (properties, duplicates, opt-ins, and active lists).
Data and Performance
- Monitor CRM KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, reactivation, churn).
- Develop dashboards in HubSpot and funnel performance reports (Lead → MQL → SQL → Client).
- Perform A/B tests and continuous optimizations of templates, triggers, and cadences.
- Integrate marketing, sales, and product data for predictive analyses of engagement and LTV.
Collaboration and Growth
- Work alongside Marketing, Sales, and Data to align automations with revenue goals.
- Support the marketing team in personalization and remarketing strategies based on CRM events.
- Ensure adherence between HubSpot flows, website, LPs, checkout, and onboarding communications.
- Be the guardian of data governance and privacy (LGPD) within the CRM.
Tools and Skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub (workflows, lists, dashboards, sequences).
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, Sheets, and integrations via Zapier / API.
- Ability to translate data into actionable narratives and recommendations.
- Excellent written communication (copy + funnel logic).
- Obsessive focus on efficiency, automation, and revenue predictability.
