Job Title: Remote Posting VA (Reddit + Instagram)

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and creative Posting VA to manage daily posts on Reddit and Instagram - someone who knows how to post naturally, follow platform rules, and keep a consistent content flow throughout the day.

This is a long-term opportunity with real potential to grow within the company. The right person can develop into a Creator Manager role, taking on more responsibility, leading projects, and earning a higher salary as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Handle daily posting (14 posts/day) across Reddit and Instagram
Write short, natural captions or titles (no spam)
Engage in comments and maintain organic interactions
Track posts and report daily activity

Requirements

1–2 years of Reddit experience (posting, commenting, karma history)
Basic understanding of Instagram posting (hashtags, captions, timing)
Fluent written English
Reliable, consistent, and self-managed
Stable internet connection

Compensation

$300/month base salary
Up to $5,000 bonus incentive for consistent, high performance
