Discord Community Manager - Gaming Communities

Location: Remote (Work from home)

Job Type: Part-time/Contract

Compensation: Up to $250 USD/week, flexible depending on performance.

About the Role:

We're hiring gamers to help build, grow, and manage regional Discord communities. You'll create engaging experiences, host events, and foster active gaming communities.

Responsibilities:

Grow and engage server membership
Manage server structure, channels, roles, and bots
Moderate discussions and maintain a positive atmosphere

Requirements:

Satisfactory English skills
Native speaker of one or more of these languages: Russian, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Indonesian
Active in a community of gamers who speak your native language(s)
Active gamer in RPG and/or MMORPG games
Strong experience in managing Discord servers
Strong communication and organizational skills
Available during peak gaming hours (evenings/weekends)
Eligible to work in your current country of residence
