Job Title: Cold Caller (US/Canada Only)

About the Role

I build fast, high-quality websites for small to mid-sized businesses and am looking for a caller to join my team. You will be cold calling small business owners to sell website projects, which typically range from $1,500 to $3,000. Leads and a script will be provided.

Compensation & Growth

Commission: 20% per sale ($300 - $600 per deal) to start.
Transition: After successfully bringing in 2 deals (defined as a deal where the client has paid), you will transition to an hourly + commission structure.
- You can set your own hourly rate, up to a maximum of $20/hr.
- You may choose to remain commission-only if you prefer.
Payment: Sent immediately after the client pays.
Trust: I can provide screenshots and a formal contract can be signed.

Schedule & Location

Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM in your local time zone (roughly 3 hours per day).
Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (PST or EST preferred).

Requirements

Humanity: Must be a real person.
Consistency: No experience is required, but you must have the motivation to call every day. Previous experience is preferred.
Communication: Must be fluent, professional, and comfortable handling objections with business owners.
