About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Monetization Lead to help develop a long-term, sustainable, and growth-oriented roadmap for our product solutions.

Responsibilities

Actively contribute to developing a long-term, sustainable, and growth-oriented roadmap for our product solutions.
Monitor user behavior, market trends, and customer needs, and share these insights in the form of reports or concepts within the company.
Develop prototypes for new business ideas together with our graphic design department and accompany them with our development team until market launch.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure a successful launch of new features.
Develop, evaluate, and present sustainable business models behind all new product developments.
Work closely with all internal stakeholders of new developments across departments and constantly monitor external customer and user feedback.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business development, ideally in a digital environment or start-up.
In-depth understanding of product development and monetization in digital business models, especially subscription or user-based models.
Basic knowledge of SQL and possibly initial experience in other programming languages.
Experience in developing business cases and measuring success based on KPIs. The ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable strategies from it.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English) to communicate product visions both internally and externally.
Great interest in new technical developments and a good sense of market trends and customer needs.
Willingness to work in a dynamic team while being able to make independent decisions and take responsibility.
