About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work directly with founders, help build companies from the ground up, and grow into a larger operational and leadership role over time.
We're a lean, fast-moving team launching and scaling projects across tech, social media, and e-commerce and need someone who can keep up, think ahead, and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do. Responsibilities
- Inbox, comms, and scheduling
- Translating messages, emails, and voice notes into clear actions
- Track progress, deadlines, and key metrics
- Support marketing and content operations
- Identify gaps and help build systems to improve how the team operates
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects
Qualifications

Requirements
- 2+ years in operations, executive assistance, or admin
- Strong English communication
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and AI tools
- Availability 10am–7pm PST
