Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Five (5) CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Certification: Diploma or Trade Certificate in one of the following: Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Maintenance, Building Services Maintenance, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (HVAC), or Plumbing (asset).
  • Licensing: Valid General Driver's License.
  • Additional: Forklift Certification (asset).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a similar technical role. Experience maintaining commercial buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or retail operations is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Construct and repair fixtures, structures, and equipment in the Club.
  • Prepare and execute the preventive maintenance schedule for all warehouse equipment and fixtures.
  • Attend to both minor and major upkeep of defective equipment and conduct weekly fogging.
  • Adhere to prevention, safety, and security regulations and procedures by utilizing provided security equipment.
  • Assist in special club projects such as marketing, banners, installation of accessories, etc.
  • Comply with the maintenance and repairs of the facilities and the Club.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse floor area.
  • Monitor the STP Operation.
  • Remove trash during store hours and at closing time.
  • Secure equipment, fixtures, spare parts, and tools.
