  • Administer and troubleshoot Okta, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and identity-related services.
  • Support and manage SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, GitHub, Claude Enterprise, and Workato.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints using Intune, Iru, and CrowdStrike.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and device lifecycle management.
  • Support Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other AI technologies while promoting responsible AI practices.
  • Develop scripts, automations, and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide occasional support for Zoom Rooms, Teams meetings, executive users, and company events.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or End User Computing.
  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts including Okta, Entra ID, SSO, and MFA.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Iru, or similar MDM platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Workato, or similar tools.
  • Interest in AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus Points

  • Experience administering Okta, Entra ID, Intune, or Iru.
  • Experience with Workato or workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting AI platforms and governance practices.
  • ITIL, Okta, Microsoft, Apple, or security-related certifications.
  • Experience supporting executive stakeholders and globally distributed teams.

Success in This Role

You'll thrive in this role if you're customer-obsessed, highly organized, technically curious, and motivated to improve how IT services are delivered. Success will be measured through service quality, SLA performance, knowledge sharing, asset management accuracy, and contributions to automation and process improvement.
