We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to rebuild our AI LLM Reasoning/Governance Layer. This is a contract, remote position.
We have a working pipeline that includes:
- Metadata extraction
- Structured AI reasoning
- Governance logic
- Multi-parameter hardware output (BLE)
The current system functions, but requires a clean and professional rebuild.
Your workflow will involve:
- Generating logic
- Internal testing
- Receiving structured "better/worse/why" feedback
- Refining your work
- Repeating the process until convergence
You’ll Work On
- Multi-step reasoning → deterministic guardrails → parameter mapping
- Async/latency optimization
- Preference/override capture logic
- Stable FastAPI backend
You Should Have
- Deep Python experience
- FastAPI experience
- LLM structured-output experience
- A systems/recursive logic mindset
