About the Role
Aura is looking to hire Intermediate to Pro-level sales agents with strong engagement and sales skills. If you’re confident in driving conversations and closing sales, we’d love to see what you can do!
Compensation
- $2.50-$5.00/hr + 1-5% commission (scalable based on performance)
- 🤑 FLAT HIGH COMMISSION STRUCTURE AVAILABLE FOR TOP-PERFORMING AGENTS!
- Biweekly pay (via Wise, Crypto, PayPal) NO DELAYS!
Schedule
- 10-hr shifts with 1-hr paid break included
- FLEXIBLE: choose 5 or 6 working days per week
Requirements
- Strong internet connection
- PC or Laptop with strong enough specs to handle Infloww + Hubstaff + Discord
- Internet connection & energy backup
- B2 - C1+ English proficiency
- Prior OFM chatting experience
