GTSS is a Canadian SaaS group powering the creator economy with scalable digital products. Our flagship product is a full-stack marketing CRM used by creators and agencies to manage workflows, track performance, and scale operations.

We operate with a ship-fast, version-1 mindset, giving developers full product ownership and direct impact on live SaaS platforms.

Role Overview

We’re scaling our engineering team and opening our new office in Athens. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who can own feature delivery end-to-end, drive UI/UX implementation, and optimize performance across a high-traffic SaaS platform.

This role is mission-critical to accelerating product velocity for actual projects and upcoming GTSS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build high-performance React/TypeScript interfaces and reusable component libraries.
  • Implement UX flows in partnership with Product and Design.
  • Own UI performance optimization and front-end architecture.
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional squad to ship fast and iterate.
  • Contribute to CI/CD workflows and repository best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of professional Frontend experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent senior-level experience.
  • Strong ownership mindset; thrives in a fast-iteration SaaS environment.
  • Based in Greece (Athens preferred) or willing to relocate after probation.
