Your Contribution to the Success Story
- Product Development: You structure and lead the conception and development of new products from the initial idea to the article creation.
- Project management around initial production and launch is handled by a downstream position so that you can focus on the development and optimization of products.
- Market and Trend Analyses: And of course, you keep a structured overview of everything that is happening in the market.
- Supplier Sourcing: You look for the right manufacturers and suppliers with whom you work closely to develop products in line with our product strategy.
- Positioning and Pricing: You play a key role in developing the positioning and pricing of new product categories.
- Product Optimizations: At the same time, you optimize existing products whenever it makes sense.
What You Bring to the Table
- Professional Experience: min. 2-3 relevant positions, of which min. 1 as Senior or 2-3 years as Associate
- Skills
- FMCG Product Development: Experience in the development of consumer goods is a plus
- Customer-centric Thinking: You keep the needs of our target groups in mind
- Analytical Thinking: You are good at evaluating concepts and potentials based on market data
- Supplier Management: You lead the collaboration with product development teams of our suppliers
- Project Management: Organizing your projects and stakeholders in Asana comes easily to you
- Food Industry: Ideally, you have already worked for companies in the food industry and can be enthusiastic about a healthy lifestyle & sustainable consumption trends.
- Communication: You work at eye level with other teams and external partners.
- Teamwork: Collaboration and exchange with other teams are important to you.
- Self-Organized: You tackle challenges independently and develop well-thought-out solutions.
- Proactivity: You don't wait, but tackle tasks with drive.
