Job Title: Mock Interviewer
About the Role
We are seeking individuals to participate in mock interviews to help us improve our hiring process. As the founder of an IT consulting company, we believe in ethical practices and want to provide a positive experience for all candidates. We will pay you to provide feedback on our interview process and company.
Compensation
- $30 per half-hour interview
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 30-minute Teams call with the founder and head of operations.
- Provide feedback on the interview process and company, including:
- What you liked
- What you did not like
- Suggestions for improvement
- Be prepared to discuss your background, resume, and hobbies (optional).
- Submit a resume for the role you are mock interviewing for. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Interest in mock interviewing for one of the following roles:
- Assistant
- Technical Lead
- Software Developer
- Marketing Lead
- Ability to provide honest and constructive feedback.
- Webcam preferred, but not required.
Additional Information
- We can optionally provide feedback on your interview performance to help you with future interviews.
- We aim to make this a fun and low-stress experience.
