About the Role
We are a German strategy & transformation consultancy building our own product: a platform to design, orchestrate, run, and govern AI agents for enterprise processes. The platform is built entirely on Microsoft Azure using C#/.NET (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel/Agent Framework, MCP, knowledge graphs, RAG, and vector DBs).
As the Head of Development, you will own the engineering end-to-end, including architecture, hands-on coding, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, IaC), multi-tenancy, security, and cost control. You will lead a small senior team and report directly to the founders, helping to shape the product from day one.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Must have AI agents in production today (please specify which and where).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and deep experience with the Azure ecosystem.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development.
- Language Skills: Fluent German (C1+) and English are required.
