About the Role
We are looking for a part-time individual to assist with merchandising tasks for our ecommerce brand. Our niche is women's apparel, specifically intimates, dancewear, and swimwear.
Responsibilities
- Create new products by uploading supplier CSVs and images.
- Assist with enriching product metadata.
- Help manage launch calendars, including determining which themes and products will be featured across email, social media, and ads.
- Follow up on the status of purchase orders and email vendors for information.
Requirements
- Excel proficiency: Strong data management and "juggling" skills.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data and trends.
- Design sense: An eye for design, fashion, and women's apparel.
- AI Literacy: Experience using AI tools to streamline and speed up processes.
- Communication: Must have perfect written and spoken English.
- Availability: Must be available on Slack during work hours.
- Commitment: 8–16 hours/week to start.
- Location: Remote is OK; overseas is OK.
Nice to Have
- Previous ecommerce experience in the apparel industry.
- Previous experience in merchandising and product marketing.
- Located in Arizona.
Compensation
- Pay: $20–30/hr, depending on experience.
