Job Title: React Native Developer (Junior devs welcome)

About the Role
I am looking for a React Native developer to build a mobile version of Kilova, a simple app that syncs a woman's menstrual cycle phases into her calendar for lifestyle planning. The app currently has a live web version built in React with Supabase for hosting and database.
The mobile app needs to match the web app's design and functionality (though not necessarily all features at the start) and must work on both iOS and Android. Users must be able to sign in with their existing Kilova account.
This is intended to be an ongoing relationship, with additional budget available for future features and long-term maintenance beyond the MVP.
Requirements
- Junior developers are welcome to apply.
- You must have at least one app live in the App Store or Google Play (personal projects count).
Compensation
$2,000 USD total for the MVP on both platforms:
- $1,000 upon acceptance by the first app store.
- $1,000 upon acceptance by the second app store.
Evaluation Criteria
I will be evaluating candidates based on:
- Communication, initiative, and the quality of your questions.
- Attention to detail.
- Quality of your scope proposal.
- Your previous app(s).
