[HIRING] UI/UX Designer (or Designer + Developer) to Redesign a Music Streaming App + Website, $7...
Source: reddit-r-forhire
Hi everyone,
I run SoundPlus (Graphikrafts music), a free music streaming app for Android with a landing page and a web player. The product works, but the design doesn't match what it can be, so I'm looking for someone to give it a modern, polished identity.
Current landing page: music.graphikrafts.com
What I Need (Design)
- Full redesign of the landing page with a modern look and feel
- Full redesign of the Android app UI/UX (home, player, queue, equalizer, library, search). The current app is functional but not very engaging, so I want fresh ideas, not just a reskin.
- A proper design system in Figma: colors, typography, spacing, components, states
- Responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Clean, organized Figma files I can hand to a developer
Budget
- $700 for the website + app design.
Development (Optional)
The current site is built in PHP, has a number of bugs and responsive issues, and needs a proper rebuild. If you can both design and develop (web and/or Android), I'm open to discussing design + development together, as long as the dev pricing is competitive, since it would save me a lot of coordination time. Dev scope and cost would be discussed separately, in detail, once we talk.
What I'm Looking For
- Strong portfolio of modern, clean mobile app and web design (music/media/consumer apps are a big plus)
- Solid understanding of design systems and Figma (auto layout, components, variables)
- Good communication and ability to hit deadlines
⚠️ Please don't DM me with copy-paste templates.
I'd like to avoid a flooded inbox. Instead, comment below with:
- Your skills (design only, or design + dev?)
- Link to your portfolio
- Your time zone
I'll go through the comments and reach out to people one by one.
Thanks!
