About the Role
We are a growing design agency seeking a lead generator to help us consistently source qualified prospects.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in B2B lead generation (LinkedIn, email outreach, cold prospecting, or similar)
- Ability to find and qualify leads for design services (branding, web design, logos, illustrations, etc.)
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
Trial Period
There will be a one-week paid trial to assess:
- Lead quality
- Outreach approach
- Communication and consistency
If the results are strong, this will convert into ongoing work.
Compensation
Compensation is open to discussion and will depend on experience and performance during the trial. Options include:
- Fixed weekly pay
- Per-lead
- Hybrid
Minimum: $15/hr (as per subreddit rules). However, compensation will primarily depend on the number of genuine leads generated.
