About Tuza

We build AI agents for banks, automating the manual work in sales, onboarding, and activation. We have raised $7m from Northzone, Connect Ventures, and TriplePoint, and we are currently working with Worldpay, Barclaycard, and NatWest. Our team currently consists of 12 people.

The Roles

We are hiring for two positions. Both roles involve spending time inside partner banks, working directly with the teams using our product.

Product Engineer

Focus: Full-stack features (React, Node.js, TypeScript), API and cloud architecture (AWS) for agent workloads.
Experience: 4+ years.

AI Engineer

Focus: Multi-agent workflows (Temporal/LangChain), evals, fail-safes, and audit trails for banking tasks.
Experience: 4+ years, strong Python skills.
