About the Role
I’m building a creator merchandise company (wedrip.in) and looking for an outreach specialist or agency to help us connect with content creators (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Your role will be focused on outreach and deal closing—finding and onboarding creators who want to launch their own merch line.
Compensation
- Revenue share model: 10–20% per deal (depending on involvement and scale, approximately 3,000 to 6,000 INR per deal).
- Long-term earning potential: Ongoing revenue as creators continue to sell.
Requirements
- Experience with cold outreach (email, DMs, creator networking).
- Strong understanding of the creator economy.
- Ability to identify high-potential creators and pitch effectively.
