About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our Growth Squad, working alongside the Revops, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, with a focus on Lifecycle & CRM for Brazil and LATAM.

This person will be responsible for operating and evolving relationship and conversion strategies using CRM, automation, and data, with two clear pillars:

  • Land (Acquisition via base): Use the existing contact/business base to generate interest, stimulate MQLs, and support the generation of New MRR, reducing the exclusive dependence on paid media and other acquisition channels.
  • Expand (Customers): Work with the customer base from onboarding, with a focus on activation, engagement, retention, adoption, and expansion, supporting upsell and cross-sell strategies in partnership with CS, product, and Revops.

In addition to executing the rules and automations, this person will also play an important role in dashboards, documentation, and CRM governance, ensuring clarity, traceability, and scale of the lifecycle operation for BR and LATAM.

Important: This is not a position to work alone. You will be part of a mature, collaborative, and multidisciplinary squad, with direct support from the Marketing team and frequent interfaces with CS, Sales, Revops, and Product.

Responsibilities and Attributes

Lifecycle & CRM - (Land) (Acquisition via base: nurturing, cadences, lead recovery, and reactivation)

  • Operate and evolve relationship rules with a focus on acquisition via base, structuring flows to:
    • Stimulate interest
    • Generate MQLs
    • Support New MRR generation
  • Execute automatic cadences of:
    • Base nurturing (contacts and businesses)
    • Recovery of cold/discarded leads
    • Base reactivation for return to the funnel
    • Stimulation of conversion via base (e.g., invitations, offers, content, and action-oriented triggers)
  • Create and operate segmentations considering:
    • Interaction and intention history
    • Profile/ICP
    • Country (Brazil and LATAM)
  • Ensure cadence consistency and prioritization to reduce exclusive dependence on paid media and increase funnel efficiency via own base.

Lifecycle & CRM - (Expand) (Customers: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion)

  • Operate and evolve rules and automations for the customer base, including:
    • Onboarding
    • Product activation
    • Engagement and feature adoption
    • Retention
  • Execute cadences of:
    • Inactivity recovery (drop in use, absence of critical events, reduction of active users)
    • Churned customer reactivation (winback) when appropriate
  • Identify, together with the CS and Growth teams, signs and opportunities for:
    • Upsell (plan upgrade)
    • Cross-sell
    • Add-ons
  • Execute expansion communications based on use, maturity, and perceived value, supporting the commercial strategy without direct pressure.

CRM, Automation, and Data (segmentation, governance, and execution)

  • Operate advanced CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Create and maintain:
    • Segmentations
    • Dynamic lists
    • CRM properties and fields
    • Entry/exit rules in flows and stages
  • Ensure quality and standardization:
    • Base hygiene
    • Field governance
    • Consistency of nomenclatures and criteria
  • Configure UTMs/tracking rules when applicable to ensure traceability between CRM ↔ funnel ↔ revenue (in partnership with Growth/Ops).

Dashboards, Analysis, and Documentation (Land + Expand + conversion view)

  • Create, maintain, and evolve operational and managerial CRM and lifecycle dashboards, including:
    • Land view (acquisition via base): demand generation, interest, MQLs, conversions
    • Expand view (customers): activation, engagement, retention, churn, and influenced expansion
    • Funnel and conversion view: rates per stage, CRM contribution to the pipeline and MRR
  • Monitor metrics and generate continuous insights, such as:
    • MQLs and opportunities generated via base
    • Conversion by segment/country
    • Churn and risk signals
    • Expansion influenced by communications and stages
  • Document and keep updated:
    • Relationship rules
    • Segmentation logic and criteria
    • Automation rules
    • Field/event dictionary when applicable
    • Dashboard reading and governance

Brazil & LATAM Performance (operation and regional adaptation)

  • Work with CRM and lifecycle for Brazil and Latin America, ensuring consistency and scale.
  • Adapt cadences and messages considering:
    • Language and regional variations
    • Market maturity
    • Behavior and cultural context
  • Bring structured insights from LATAM to Growth, CS, and Product, contributing to decisions and prioritization.

Requirements and Qualifications

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience with CRM, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle.
  • Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS environment (preferably with an SMB base).
  • Analytical and organized profile: ability to work with data, dashboards, and processes.
  • Good communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (Growth, Sales, Revops, CS, Product).

Differentiators That Shine

  • Advanced experience with HubSpot (or equivalent tools) and more complex automations.
  • Experience with Looker / Looker Studio, GA4, and funnel/conversion reading.
  • Experience with base reactivation and demand generation via CRM.
  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish to support operation and communication with LATAM.
  • Knowledge of LATAM markets and multicultural performance.
