- (OH) - Summit, Stark, Hamilton, Franklin, Montgomery, Clark, Trumbull, Mahoning
- (KY) - Bourbon, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Jessamine, Madison, Nicholas, Scott
- (AZ) - Pinal, Maricopa, Cochise
- (IA) - Cedar, Clinton, Jackson, Johnson, Jones, Linn, Louisa, Scott
- (IL) - Mercer, Rock Island, Whiteside
Experience Preferred:
- Perform timely and high-quality property preservation and home inspections, including:
- Exterior Occupancy Verifications
- Vacant Property Inspections
- Insurance Loss Drafts
- Background in home inspections or property preservation
- Familiarity with inspection apps (SafeView Inspect, EZ Inspect, InspectorADE)
Requirements
- No contractor license required
- Must provide own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
