The Role
You will own the intelligence layer, focusing on:
- LLM-powered agentic workflows (tool use, structured outputs, multi-step orchestration).
- RAG/retrieval pipelines.
- Lightweight ML for classification, ranking, and entity matching.
- Evaluation loops for hallucination risk and output quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript, APIs, Databases).
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
- Ideally, experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases beyond basic chatbots.
Compensation & Stage
- Stage: Pre-launch, pre-seed, founding team.
- Equity: Equity-only until the seed round closes (~4-6 months).
- Post-Seed: Competitive salary ($190k–$280k) + refresh grants.
