We are hiring an experienced TikTok LIVE Manager with a background working inside established TikTok LIVE agencies.
This role focuses on managing a roster of creators, keeping them consistent, organized, and performing well month after month. Prior agency-side experience is required.
Requirements
- Prior TikTok LIVE agency manager experience
- Strong understanding of Backstage, analytics, and creator performance tracking
- Excellent communication and accountability
- Ability to guide creators to consistent monthly results
- Professional, reliable, and organized
Compensation
This position uses a structured, performance-based compensation model:
- 3% starting rate per creator you manage
- Tiered percentage increases based on performance
- Monthly bonuses for milestone achievements

Typical earning range:
- Entry-level: $300–$1,200/month
- Mid-level (10–15 creators): $2,000–$4,000/month
- Experienced manager with a large roster: $7,000+ per month potential
Actual results depend on roster size and performance, but top managers in this model achieve high earnings through consistent creator success.
This is a fully remote, flexible role.
