About the Role

We’re looking for a Remote Social Media Assistant to support our online brand presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll help create engaging content, coordinate posting schedules, and monitor audience interactions. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our social channels reflect our mission and connect with our community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating posts, graphics, short videos, and captions for social platforms
  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to support positive community engagement
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and content ideas
  • Help track performance metrics and compile simple reports
  • Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and creative projects

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Clear, friendly communication skills
  • Creativity and an eye for appealing content
  • Ability to stay organized and manage tasks with attention to detail
  • Interest in technology, electronics, or digital trends (a plus but not required)
