About the Role

We are seeking a TikTok-savvy video editor to transform raw clips into engaging 30-second videos. The primary focus will be on stitching clips, adding captions, implementing simple transitions, and adhering to current TikTok styles.

Responsibilities

Editing short 20–30 second videos
Stitching multiple clips together
Adding captions/subtitles
Adding light transitions/effects where needed
Maintaining consistent style and pacing
Quick turnarounds (1–2 days)

Ideal Candidate

Understands TikTok trends, pacing, and hooks
Comfortable working fast
Experienced in editing short-form vertical content
Cares about clean, polished edits
Easy to communicate with and open to feedback

Nice to Have

Experience with CapCut or TikTok-native editing tools
Ability to suggest better hooks or cuts

Workload

10–20 videos per week (30 seconds each)

Compensation

Minimum rate: $15 per hour
