About the Role
Clearview Counseling Group is a two-location outpatient behavioral health practice. Over the past year, we have been building our own internal tools—including patient self-referral, therapist availability, referral pipelines, and onboarding—rather than relying on vendors.
Currently, these tools are prototypes built with React from a CDN, browser storage, and a system on Apps Script using Sheets as a database. We have no production backend. You would be the engineering function for the practice, working alongside an operations analyst. You will own the infrastructure and help level up the team.
Responsibilities
- Own hosting, deployment, authentication, access control, audit logging, and backups.
- Review AI-generated code before it touches Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Act as the primary engineering lead, ensuring the quality and security of the codebase.
- Evaluate AI-generated output and make critical decisions on implementation and security.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience shipping production software.
- Ability to own the full stack; the specific technology stack is negotiable.
- Healthcare experience is welcome but not required.
