Role Overview
As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of SpringVerify. You will work closely with different teams within the Operations department.
Responsibilities
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, including case analysis, document verification, and database management.
- Assist in conducting background verification checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Perform outbound calls to gather information and follow up on verification requests.
- Adhere to established protocols for data confidentiality and security.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
- Decent Graduate with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.

Note: The Operations Intern role involves call-making and is a full-time internship requiring a minimum commitment of 9 months.
Full time conversion post internship based on the performance during the internship program
Shift Structure
- 6-Day Workweek
- Night Shifts & Weekends: Compensation provided for extra efforts.
- Overtime (OT): Overtime pay as per company policy.
- Work Hours: 8 hours alike a full time job.
Shift Timings:
- 8:00 AM to 5 PM
- 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
- 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
- 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
- 11.00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
The candidate will be required to work in either shift based on business requirements. The Candidate will work in the rotational shifts. Please note the shift timings could evolve depending on the business requirements.
