About Search Atlas

We are a team of ~160 people, fully remote, building an AI marketing platform. Our main product is OTTO, which automates a site's SEO by reading live search data and pushing technical and on-page fixes autonomously. Our ecosystem also includes ad automation for Google and Meta, GBP management for multi-location brands, content generation, and LLM visibility tracking.

Our customers include Autotrader, Hyundai, P&G, and Vendasta.

The Role

Work happens in pods consisting of 1 PM and 2–4 engineers. You will own your pod's roadmap and ship it directly, without needing a veteran PM to sign off on your specs first.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS.
Technical Background: Must have a background in engineering or QA, or be a PM who actively works within the codebase.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read Python and TypeScript.
- Ability to write your own SQL.
- Ability to navigate APIs and interpret stack traces without engineer assistance.
Tech Stack: We use Django on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend.
QA: You are responsible for QA end-to-end, including release sign-off.
AI Proficiency: You are already using tools like Claude Code daily.

Hiring Process

Screen with João Pedro.
Take-home assignment (approx. 75 minutes).
Technical round with a senior PM.
Final call with the Director of Product (hiring manager).
