Location: Hybrid - Toronto (Canada) Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
About the Role
We’re looking for an LLMOps Engineer to build and optimize LLM pipelines, manage inference performance, improve reliability, and support production AI features. You'll work closely with our Staff Engineer and Data Engineer on a small, highly technical team.
Requirements
We don’t have hard requirements around degrees or specific model frameworks, but you do need hands-on experience with:
- LLMs
- Vector databases
- Embeddings
- Prompt optimization
- Deploying and maintaining ML systems in production
