About the Role

We're seeking a Logistics Specialist to support our distribution and e-commerce operations. In this role, you will coordinate inventory, order fulfillment, and transportation activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely customer deliveries.

Requirements

Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Inventory management and order fulfillment experience.
Strong computer skills (warehouse systems, scanners, and Microsoft Office).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and transportation providers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Work under the direction of the site DC Manager.
Work closely with deployment, customer-facing supply chain, and project managers to coordinate the deployment of materials into the e-commerce warehouse to ensure customer order fulfillment.
Maintain inventory accuracy of the e-commerce warehouse in conjunction with DC Operations.
Ensure the e-commerce warehouse is staffed to meet daily customer demands.
Liaison with internal and external transportation groups to ensure capacity is available for daily e-commerce shipments.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of put-away strategies and replenishment activities for the local facility.
Participate in network continuous improvement projects, including future state initiatives.
Operate various computer terminals, printers, and scanners to assist with the execution of job duties.
Ability to flex work schedule to meet the demands of the e-commerce business as well as provide training and general assistance to future deployment locations.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
