We are looking for a Mid-Level Developer with proven experience and a passion for technical challenges, who wants to be an agent of digital transformation in our team.
Your Mission
Act consistently and autonomously in the development and evolution of systems in a large credit cooperative network, actively contributing to code quality and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust functionalities for product evolution with consistency and precision.
- Elaborate and execute unit/automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure quality.
- Perform code reviews, contributing to code quality and standards.
- Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvements in development processes.
- Investigate and solve technical problems of medium complexity, acting proactively in the resolution.
- Manage your routine strategically, ensuring deliveries on time and with quality.
- Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team and other teams, sharing knowledge and work methodology.
Requirements
- Act as a DDL/DML developer.
- Solid experience in development using SQL (Oracle, Progress, pl/sql, SQLServer).
- Knowledge and application of good programming practices and design patterns.
- Experience with unit/automated tests and Test Pyramid concepts.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to adapt to different contexts and technologies, such as AI/FLOW.
- Knowledge of software architectures and system integration (APIs).
