Paid Business Representative Needed in Milan for VC Meeting - $500

About the Role

I am seeking a professional representative to attend an investor strategy meeting in Milan, Italy on November 8th on behalf of my U.S.-based clean energy startup.

We recently connected with a European VC firm that’s interested in investing €5M–15M, and they’ve requested an in-person strategy meeting. Neither my business officer nor I will be able to make the trip personally, but I don't want to lose this investment opportunity. I'm looking for someone who can represent my company professionally and help facilitate the discussion.

Requirements

I am looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Currently based in or near Milan (or able to travel there for the day)
Strong business or startup experience (ideally in energy, sustainability, or tech — but not required)
Confident, polished communication skills
Able to take clear notes and provide a full debrief after the meeting

Compensation

$500 USD (or equivalent in EUR) for the engagement.
The meeting should only last 1-2 hours.

Additional Information

You’ll be fully briefed before the meeting and provided with all necessary materials, pitch decks, and background info on the company and the investor.
