About Banking Circle
Banking Circle provides account and payment infrastructure to other regulated financial firms. You have probably never heard of us, but we have probably moved money on your behalf at some point this month.
About the Role
As part of our operations, we need to screen payments for sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud concerns. The team is responsible for building the ML models that decide if a payment needs to go for manual review.
We are a diverse mix of people (50% have PhDs) and we work on a wide-ranging set of problems.
Requirements
We are specifically looking for candidates to strengthen our capabilities in the following areas:
- GIS (Geolocation)
- Graph (Network)
- NLP (GenAI)
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience in two of the three areas listed above.
- A track record of delivering business-relevant results.
- Some research experience.
