About the Role

TTI is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of power tools, gardening equipment, floor and carpet cleaning equipment, as well as other renovation and construction equipment for individual, professional, and industrial customers. The role of Field Marketing Executive End User Automotive is to identify key end users and convert them to the Milwaukee brand through joint sales meetings with or on behalf of distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the following regions: śląskie, małopolskie, podkarpackie, świętokrzyskie, lubelskie
  • Manage your customer portfolio in accordance with the company's business strategy and established goals and tasks
  • Present the range of tools and accessories to both new and existing customers in order to establish long-term business relationships
  • Present effective solutions for customers and provide technical support for the innovative range of Milwaukee products and services
  • Conduct training for end users on competitive advantages and safe use of Milwaukee products
  • Ensure the continuous promotion of all company products and services through regular contact with current and potential customers and tracking potential customers in search of new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the market, products and their application
  • Gather market information on the activities of competitors
  • Participate in trade fairs, shows, exhibitions and corporate events
  • Perform any other additional duties as required by the line manager

Requirements

  • At least one year of B2B sales experience - supported by successes, with a focus on the end user/commercial sales
  • Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of this industry, preferably in the field of tools and accessories
  • Proactive attitude, technical skills, willingness to learn and use knowledge in practice
  • Willingness to develop a career in an innovative company
  • Ability to negotiate and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good use of Office package programs
  • Very good work organization, systematic approach, ability to set and plan priorities
  • Openness and willingness to work in a dynamically developing team
  • Independence, focus on new business opportunities
  • English language - communicative level
  • Driving license category B
