About the Role
We are looking for 30-40 UGC creators who understand Gen Z content and know how to go viral. We are seeking creators who are comfortable with talking-head content and know how to effectively target US college and university students.
Requirements
- Target Audience: US college/university students.
- Skills: Basic editing skills and a coachable attitude.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Equipment: Good quality phone and microphone.
- Demographic: Preferably Gen Z content creators.
Responsibilities
- Format: Vertical video (face on camera).
- Scope: Minimum 3 videos per week; maximum 5 videos per week.
- Posting: You will be posting on your own TikTok and IG Reels, or creating brand-new accounts.
- Content Style: Talking head, news/trends, tech/AI, and relatable/humor content. Content can vary depending on the creator's personality.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $15–$40 per video (Negotiable if you have past experience working with Tech/SaaS brands).
- Performance Bonuses: We pay heavily for reach:
- 500k views: +$500
- 1M views: +$500
