In this role, you will:
- Provide consistent, high-quality general and deep cleans to the Sydney and NSW Customer Experience Centres and Stabling Yards.
- Play a key part in ensuring Sydney Trains delivers on its strategic objective of improving customer satisfaction and levels of cleanliness for our services.
- Work in locations in and across the Newcastle, Hamilton, Broadmeadow, and Gosford regions.
- Conduct maintenance and stabling yard cleaning, which involves full-time 24-hour rotating rosters (primarily night work) to clean trains at the Maintenance Yards.
Successful applicants will undergo a paid on-the-job induction and training program at the time of commencement to fully prepare you for your role.

- You are self-motivated and prioritize tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is met in your everyday duties.
- You enjoy going above and beyond for customer service and are safety-conscious.
- You are willing and able to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, evenings, and weekends.
