About the Role
As the Marketing Manager Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to support day-to-day projects, brand initiatives, and digital marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about social media, design, and brand storytelling. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on creative campaigns and gain hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
- Support email marketing efforts, including drafting copy, organizing assets, and tracking performance
- Help coordinate digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Conduct basic market and trend research to support team decision-making
- Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, project timelines, and asset libraries
- Communicate with internal teams, influencers, and partners as needed
- Monitor social engagement and help prepare weekly performance reports
- Support additional marketing tasks and projects as they arise
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or similar platforms
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
