About the Role
Join TTEC's award-winning team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative and bring humanity to business. This is a remote position, with a focus on serving customers with compassion and finding resolutions to their issues.
What You'll Be Doing
- Recommend upgrades to health plans.
- Conduct research and make outbound calls to answer customer questions regarding healthcare benefits and eligibility.
- Assist members with enrollment status requests.
- Help members with logging into and understanding their online health accounts.
- Provide information on locating doctors and facilities.
Requirements
- 6 months or more of customer service experience.
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer experience.
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps).
- A USB wired headset (recommended).
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in.
Note: TTEC is currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, MT or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need.
Compensation
- Base wage range of $16 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities.
