We're a US-based applied engineering and AI consulting firm focused on building production-grade systems across software, embedded, and data-driven domains.
We’re looking for a senior software or electrical engineer who is already consulting independently and has active client relationships, and is interested in partnering with us to deliver and expand that work under a shared firm rather than operating solo.
This is a partner-style, not employment, opportunity.
About the Role
This is a partner-style opportunity where you can continue working with your existing clients, but deliver and expand that work through our firm.
What this looks like in practice:
- You continue working with your existing clients
- New and existing work is delivered through us
- We support execution, credibility, and delivery capacity
- Revenue is shared on projects you originate
Who This Is For
- Independent consultants with repeat or long-term clients
- Engineers who want to grow beyond solo consulting
- People who prefer delivery over admin, contracts, and scaling headaches
Ideal Background
- Senior-level experience in software, embedded systems, or electrical engineering
- Comfortable owning technical scope and client conversations
- Experience moving projects from concept → deployment
Compensation / Economics
- Revenue share on client work you bring (structure flexible)
- Optional hourly or project-based compensation for delivery
- Transparency on margins and scope from day one
