About the Role

We’re looking for motivated cold callers to join our outreach team. Your role will be to contact businesses in different industries, introduce our marketing services, and set up appointments with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Call prospects from a provided list (multiple industries: finance, legal, healthcare, coaching, B2B SaaS, etc.)
Present a simple pitch script (we’ll provide full training and templates)
Book qualified appointments for our marketing consultants
Track calls and follow-ups using our CRM tools

Requirements

Clear English communication (French is a plus)
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach preferred
Confidence and persistence — you’re not afraid of the phone
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Located in the USA or Canada

Compensation

Salary: Starts at $15/hour
Competitive commission: $100 per successful booked call + bonuses for performance
