About the Role
Parsewave.ai is seeking professional customer service representatives in Finance and Insurance to help create benchmarks against AI systems. This role involves creating and evaluating AI performance in realistic customer support scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Create tasks based on real customer support scenarios.
- Provide clear instructions for the AI.
- Include necessary reference materials.
- Develop a "golden solution" for each task.
- Create rubrics to evaluate the AI's performance.
- Follow the GDPVal task format (similar to OpenAI's).
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation
- Paid Trial: $110 for the initial task (3-4 hours).
- Potential Earnings: Top contributors can earn over $800 in 3 days.
