[For Hire] Customer Success Manager for an Agency

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you'll be the hero behind our content creators' success. You'll build amazing relationships, guide them through their growth journey, and help them skyrocket their revenue and engagement on platforms like OnlyFans, TikTok, and Instagram.
About the Role
- Be a Partner, Not a Boss: You'll onboard new creators, create personalized roadmaps, and act as their trusted advisor.
- Drive Growth: You'll use your project management skills and our internal tools (like ClickUp) to keep projects on track and ensure daily increases in followers and engagement.
- Give Expert Advice: You'll provide actionable guidance, share data-driven insights, and help creators refine their content strategy to maximize their reach.
- Be a Quick Responder: You'll provide fast, reliable support, responding to creator inquiries within 8-12 hours during the workweek.
Requirements
- Content Creator Experience: You've been an (ex-) Creator yourself, or you've worked at a Webcam Studio, Pornsite, Online Casino or another OnlyFans Agency. This experience is a huge plus!
- People Skills: The ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with a variety of creators.
- Proactivity: Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
- Integrity & Reliability: Uphold honesty and consistently execute tasks with dependability.
- Drive & Work Ethic: A commitment to delivering exceptional results for creators.
- Project Management: The ability to organize and oversee multiple projects with clarity and precision.
- Leadership: The capacity to guide creators toward optimal decisions, even outside their comfort zones.
- No Ego: Stay composed under pressure and prioritize the success of the creators above all else.

- You don't have experience in the OnlyFans industry.
