Program Manager Community Support

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Community Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing programs to support our host and guest communities.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to improve the Airbnb experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
- Analyzing data to track program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing program budgets and timelines.
- Communicating program updates and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Passion for Airbnb and its mission.
