About the Role
AI agents have made engineering throughput cheap, so senior judgment is now the scarce asset: what to build, what to gate, and what to trust to production. We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our small crew and play a ~70/30 build-to-lead role.
Responsibilities
- Raise the team’s bar without bureaucracy
- Ship production code
- Be the human PR review
- Own the quality delivery system as a product
- Ship spec-first
- Orchestrate AI at the staff level
Technical Stack
- Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript, React, Python
- Data/Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, ECS/Lambda, Terraform
