AxisCare | Senior + Mid-Level Software Engineers | Remote (US/Canada, ET/CT/MT)
About the Role
We build the market-leading SaaS platform for the home care industry, providing scheduling, billing, payroll, CRM, and clinical documentation for agencies across the US and internationally.
We are small, fast teams that have gone deep on AI-augmented development. We prototype aggressively and iterate quickly. We're looking for engineers who already work this way.
Stack: PHP (backend), React + TypeScript (frontend), MySQL, RESTful APIs, AWS. You'll work across the full stack.
Senior Software Engineer (5+ yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead 1–2 engineers while taking substantial features from concept to production solo.
- Mentor others in code design, systems thinking, and driving AI agents effectively.
Mid-Level Software Engineer (2+ yrs)
Responsibilities:
- This is a senior-track role.
- Ship real features with mentorship from senior and staff engineers.
- Focus on architecture, design, and understanding the problems.
Both Roles:
Requirements:
- Concrete evidence of using AI as a real tool.
- Focus on quality software that's easy to change.
- Clear writing skills.
- Curiosity about the customers.
Compensation
- Salary TBD based on experience.
