Pathos is building Foundry, an AI-native platform pairing the largest foundation model in oncology with 200+ petabytes of multimodal patient data. Backed by a $365M Series D, our pipeline now spans 4 clinical assets, including new licensing deals with AstraZeneca and Alphamabs. We operate in small teams of 2-4 experts orchestrating hundreds of AI agents.
Roles
Senior Software/AI Engineer
Build AI agents/copilots for BD, clinical, comp bio, and lab teams, MCP-style servers, and pipelines into a governed knowledge graph.
- Experience: ~6-8+ years
- Tech Stack: Python + TypeScript
- Key Skills: Shipped LLM workflows to production (LangGraph), ability to own services end-to-end.
DevSecOps Engineer
Own security architecture for AI agent infrastructure—threat models, agent permissioning, secure CI/CD, detection/IR for AI-native threats, and HIPAA-aligned data governance.
- Experience: ~6+ years in security engineering
- Tech Stack: GCP, IaC
- Key Skills: Hands-on incident response.
