Job Title: Video Editor for Short-Form Content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) - Ongoing

About the Role

We are launching a new ultra-premium probiotic brand and are seeking a reliable video editor to transform raw footage into engaging, TikTok-style content. This is an ongoing position.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw footage from our founders (topics already determined).
• Handle end-to-end video production, including:
  • Clean cuts
  • Pacing
  • Subtitles (captions)
  • Trendy transitions and effects
• Create approximately 10 videos per week.
• Work efficiently, ideally averaging 2-4 videos per hour.
• Work independently and be comfortable owning the full edit.

Style

• Modern "Short-form" aesthetic (CapCut/TikTok style).
• High energy and clear messaging.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of short-form video retention and pacing.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects).

Compensation

• Rate: $15-$20 per hour (or $3.75-$10 per video), depending on experience.
